Some people spend a lot of money on products to get healthy looking skin. Some of these products may work, but they are expensive.
You don't have to be rich to have healthy, glowing skin ....
TIP #1 Drink plenty of water. Water will keep your skin hydrated and prevent chapping and cracking. To make sure you're getting enough, take your total weight, divide it by 2 to get the number of ounces of water you need to drink daily.
TIP #2 Eat foods rich in biotin or take supplements. Biotin deficiency leads to itchy, scaly skin and even hair loss. Foods rich in biotin are bananas, eggs, oatmeal and brown rice.
TIP #3 Break a vitamin A capsule and rub the oil on your skin, including your face. Vitamin A plays a role in tissue repair and is effective as an anti-aging treatment. Most fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamin A.
TIP #4 Include plenty of vitamin C in your diet. It protects the skin against free radicals, which destroy collagen and elastin. Eat plenty of citrus fruits and vegetables or take supplements.
TIP #5 Detoxify your system. Ridding the blood and organs of toxins will result in an improved skin condition.
